When Your Order Arrives
Our raw pet food needs to be kept frozen until you are ready to use it, so it's important to put it away as soon as your order arrives.
Put it straight in the freezer
- Keep raw pet food frozen at -18°C or below until you are ready to defrost it.
- Store it away from human food, on the lowest shelf or drawer, so nothing can drip onto other food.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged, or you have any concerns about its condition, please contact us through our Inquiry page before using it. Remember that raw pet food must not be refrozen once it has defrosted.
